Ultrafiltration

Ultra filtration Plant is used in both pretreatment and post treatment of water. we supply and install custom made ultrafiltration Water systems (UF Systems) up to 100m3/hr., units can be semi or fully programmable and PLC controlled. These are extensively used in industrial water and wastewater treatment applications. These units are next generation equipment, designed to minimize investment cost and maximize performance meeting stringent environmental protection requirements.

Water Softener Plant

These assist in effective removal of divalent cat ions like calcium or magnesium from water that is generally classified as hard water. Hard water is unsuitable for many industrial as well as domestic applications as these have the power to destroy the power of soaps and have tendency to form scales in equipment like in engine jackets, boilers, pipelines.

Demineralization (DM) Plant

Demineralization is the process of removing mineral salts from Water by using the ion exchange process.

Demineralized Water is Water completely free (or almost) of dissolved minerals as a result of one of the following processes :

· Distillation

· Deionization

· Membrane filtration (reverse osmosis or nanofiltration)

· Electrodialysis

· Or other technologies

The two most common types of deionization are :

· Two-bed deionization

· Mixed-bed deionization

Activated Carbon Filter (ACF)

Activated Carbon Filter is widely accepted system in water filtration techniques. The treated water is free from chloramines (chlorine and ammonia mixture) and organic compounds; therefore, best for discharge and production use. Activated Carbon Filter is also utilized in pre-treatment for RO water plant and DM plant as the treated water keeps these systems safe from oxidation or organic fouling.  We offer Carbon Filter for STP in removal of turbidity/suspended solid as well as odor, color and chloride from water. Offering functionality as filtration plants, these are suitable for turbidity/suspended solid removal from water through use of different sand media. These filtration media find usage for Pre-treatment of water treatment plants as well as for post treatment for waste water treatment.

Multi Grade Filter

A latest concept in the water treatment technology, a Multi Grade Filter consists of vertical or horizontal pressure sand filters that contain multiple layers of coarse and fine sand (pebbles and gravels) in a fixed proportion. It is a kind of a deep filter bed with adequate pore dimensions for retaining both large and small suspended solids and un-dissolved impurities like dust particles.

As compared to conventional sand water filter, this multi grade filtration system works on higher specific flow rates. It is also a low cost pre-treatment system for ion exchangers (deionizer and softener) and membrane systems such as reverse osmosis etc.
With high throughputs, high dirt-holding capacity and capacity to reduce turbidity and TSS (< 5ppm) from water, it protects ion-exchange resins and membranes from physical fouling due to suspended impurities present in the water.

Sand Filter

These filters are the most popular method for removal of turbidity from water. The Pressure Sand Filter consists of a multiple layer of sand with a variety in size and specific gravity. These Filters are designed to remove turbidity and suspended particles present in the feed water with minimum pressure drop. These Filters are custom designed to suit the process requirement. These filters are offered in Mild Steel, FRP or SS construction with face piping and associated Valves.

Iron Removal Filter

Supplying readymade portable iron water filters and customized large iron removing plants is our expertise. provide iron removing filters up to 100,000 lph with manual and automatic backwash system. The tanks (vessels) are made either of FRP or Mild Steel (MS), while for special applications, we also provide stainless steel tanks
